DECLARATION OF the RIGHTS OF the NATURE God of all the nature,
You in the ones of this the planet
Land to possess it in safekeeping,
aiming at the preservation of all
the living beings e the good of future generations:
it grants to us to wisdom and reverence
in the use of the resources of the nature,
of form that if conserves e
it does not destroy the ecosystem fragile,
on which the life in the Land depends.
Amen.

THAT:
All the beings livings creature have right to pure air e to the sun as source of light and heat. The vegetation is free of the annihilating fire. The fauna and the flora are protected of chemical products that can affect its balance. The ground is protected against erosion e explored in accordance with its potentialities. The birds have right to fly, to construct its nests, to create its younglings e to have its natural food. All the existing trees in the Planet have the right of living. All animal either protege, having the same rights of the man before the existence, the freedom and the respect.
The Nature does not run the risk of being destroyed for the action of radioactive residues. As alive form, either respected and preserved. The engineering workmanships are compatible with the Nature. The Nature makes use of protecting places to keep representative units of its diversity of forms. The natural resources are used rationally. All the beings have right to live integrated to its water environment, making use in enough amount and quality.

" The almost lost feelings of integration, interlacement, unit and totality already for the egoistic and individual action, have of being rescued with our look of cooperation and education, ways for the ecological conscience. They offer, today, to the man a global vision so that it can act constructing a better society, based in the natural laws of the Universo."

DECLARAÇÃO DOS DIREITOS DA NATUREZA Deus de toda a natureza,

Tu nos deste o planeta Terra

para o possuirmos em custódia,

visando a preservação de todos os seres viventes

e o bem de futuras gerações:

concede-nos sabedoria e reverência

no uso dos recursos da natureza,

de forma que se conserve e

não destrua o eco-sistema frágil,

do qual depende a vida na Terra.

Amém.

QUE: Todos os seres vivos tenham direito ao ar puro

e ao sol como fonte de luz e calor. A vegetação esteja livre do fogo destruidor. A fauna e a flora estejam protegidas

de produtos químicos que possam afetar seu equilíbrio. O solo seja protegido contra a erosão e

explorado de acordo com as suas potencialidades. As aves tenham direito de voar,

de construir seus ninhos, criar seus filhotes

e ter seu alimento natural. Todas as árvores existentes no Planeta tenham o direito de viver. Todo animal seja protegido,

tendo os mesmos direitos do homem perante a existência,

a liberdade e o respeito. A Natureza não corra o risco de ser destruída

pela ação de resíduos radioativos.

Como forma viva, seja respeitada e preservada.

As obras de engenharia sejam compatíveis com a Natureza.

A Natureza disponha de locais protegidos

para manter exemplares representativos de sua diversidade de formas.

Os recursos naturais sejam utilizados racionalmente.

Todos os seres tenham direito a viver integrados ao seu meio ambiente,

dispondo de água em quantidade e qualidade suficientes.

Sometimes or mostly of the times I got the feelings that animals are much more intelligent then humans.....I always got this feeling everytime I see what's happen around the world....
