Frizzey Lights World

I am a Zen Buddhist practitioner and as part of my practice I engage in what is called "The practice of giving".
This is where one helps others as the opportunity arises (without discrimination of course) and no expectation of any reward, if you are able to do so.
I am making this post because I know as Light Workers in general (Beyond any lables such as Zen or Christian or religion etc.) we all practice this at times.
Please remember to take very good care of yourself during times when things get very busy in this type of practice. Otherwise you become run down and less enabled to help and one can build a wrong concept of this type of practice.
If you are so inclined your thoughts on this are very welcome.

William, I couldn't agree more.

I try to give back as much as I can. The act of giving, especially when crucial, is much more enjoyable than the act of receiving. For 2 days I was in bliss last week. Too bad it doesn't last!

I feel blessed to be able to help...there are lots of young people out there that want to help; but, truly don't have the time--let alone the money (which I don't have either) lol

Yes~I hear that with the money. I am in the same boat and do mostly time ie: Run a couple of people back and forth to work, fix others cars and stuff like that. Still it is easy to get spread too thin. Even though this is a very basic thing to remind everyone, we still need a reminder now and then.~Love n Light
